Adam has 14 years of experience in many facets of the food industry. He joined NSF International after graduating from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in food business management and has held customer service, systems integration and IT development roles. Adam has led the implementation of top food safety management software across the largest restaurant chains, by incorporating his knowledge of the industry into IT platforms that deliver results. When he’s not making the world a safer place, he’s spending time outside with his wife and newborn son.
